I haven’t really done anything other than my tapestry, fabric samples and grabbing a tea and some bargains with Nadine.

However I can think of better way to spend my time. 

I love my life, no matter how simple it is. The simple things really do make you happy. Buying cute dresses in the retro shop, Tesco meal deal, completing my duck tapestry, buzzing along on my sewing machine and drinking tea.

• Get my mum’s national insurance number for student finance
• Actually get student finance correct and apply for 2012/13 rather than 2011/12
• Finish one border of blue on my tapestry
• Buy black cotton and repair clothes - cardigan, trousers, shorts
• Book Cadbury World tickets
• Clean brown shoes
• Customise dresses
• Pack for Birmingham - too many clothes can’t decide :(
• Enter Harrods competition
• Apply for accommodation
• Paint my nails coral(?)
• Finish tapestry
• Buy machine needles

• Get shoes soled
• Get Vogue for £1 and try not to read it before I go Birmingham
• Repair one piece of clothing
• Attempt some college work
• Do some tapestry
• Start a book
• Student Finance - attempt it

I probably won’t even do any of this but it is worth a try!

Today I went to Lincoln to meet my friend Yasmin and had a really nice day. To be honest with you, I don’t think the charity shops are up to much but the city centre seems quite nice.

Bought some nude heels from Dorothy Perkins for £30 and a jacket in the sale from Topshop for £20. Basically have the perfect outfit for a wedding if anyone fancies inviting me to one. Of course I will wear a top and some trousers with the jacket and shoes!

Quite fancy going back there :)

Going to cross these garments off as and when I wear them. Hopefully will wear a lot of them in Birmingham but we shall see. Love clothes! To be honest I don’t think 16 items is that much to have in an unworn pile especially when you compare that to some of the people who Gok Wan deals with!

However I don’t think my mother would agree!
